XGCXJD-16A automatic forming production line for preformed armor rods

Equipment, structural characteristics and main performance of the production line:

The production line consists of conveyor (with tensioning drum) and forming machine (with high-speed integrated cutting machine).

Power supply: three-phase 380V 50Hz

Color: The main body is coated with blue paint, and the equipment covers are all white plastic-sprayed parts. The rotating warning part is painted in red. 


Forming machine (with high-speed integrated cutting machine):

1:The wire feeding part of the main machine uses six sets (12) of wire pressing wheels (with stable wire output), each set of wire pressing wheels has three to four wire grooves. Among them, for the forming production of φ4.6mm, φ4.8mm, φ5.2mm, φ6.0mm, φ6.3mm and φ7.8mm steel wire, the equipment can meet the requirements of φ2.2mm, φ2.5mm, φ3.0mm, φ3.5mm, φ4.0mm and φ4.2mm aluminum materials. The diameter of 13 kinds of wires, such as clad steel wire, galvanized steel wire and aluminum alloy wire, is 9.2mm. All wire pressing wheels are permanently marked with the applicable wire diameter: This machine is equipped with wire pressing wheels, straightening wheels and guiding molds of 13 kinds of wire diameters. The forming mold is equipped with two specifications of φ6.3mm and φ3.5mm.

2:Powered by an 11KW variable frequency motor, the frequency converter brand is (Delta), with a wire feeding speed of 0-100m/min. The speed is adjustable and can be displayed on LCD. Wire feeding capacity (i.e. wire diameter) is 9.5mm for aluminum alloy wire, and 5.8mm for galvanized steel wire. The control system is safe and reliable. It can be linked with the wire feeder or controlled in the reverse direction, and has the functions of inching, normally open, emergency stop, etc.

3:The strength of the twelve-wheel shaft and other transmission shafts can meet the actual production requirements, with reliable strength and quenching and tempering heat treatment. The steel is made of high-quality steel, suitable for steel and adjustable bearings. The inlet and outlet guide blocks are made of high-quality die steel with high frequency quenching and hardness of 60-62 degrees (Rockwell).

4:The diameter of the wire pressing wheel is 127mm, and the thickness is 34mm. There are generally four wire grooves. The material is made of domestic high-quality die steel H13 or die steel of the same brand. After high frequency quenching, the hardness is 60-62 degrees (Rockwell). The flatness deviation between the six pairs of wire pressing wheels shall not be greater than 0.10 mm, and the flatness deviation of each pair of wheel discs shall not be greater than 0.05mm. The pressure of the air cylinder acting on the upper wheel disc to the lower wheel disc can ensure the realization of the maximum wire feeding capacity. The pressure is elastic and can be adjusted manually. The six pairs of wire pressing wheels have the advantages of stable operation, low noise and convenient assembly.

5:Mold installation and fixing adjustment mechanism (with digital display function in XY direction): the adjustment range is 100mm on the left and right, up and down respectively (stepless), and the maximum longitudinal adjustment range of the mold frame is 130mm (with support bar). The base mold frame has two layers, one layer is replaceable and the other layer is non-replaceable. The outer diameter of the mold is 30mm, 40mm, 49mm and 60mm.

The adjustment of the whole mechanism shall be flexible and reliable, and the force shall reach the wire pushing force at the maximum wire feeding capacity of the wheel disc. The mechanism (that is, when the wire fails to enter the die hole) will not be loosened, deformed or damaged under special circumstances. The adjustment of the setting frame shall be flexible and reliable. The small runner shall be made of high-quality die steel with hardness of about 56 degrees after quenching treatment. Due to the frequent disassembly and assembly of the wheel disc, the size of the wheel disc hole and shaft is required, and the size of the key and keyway may be larger. In order to make it durable, the power transmission shaft, gear, toothed belt, belt and other transmission systems are made of high-quality materials to ensure working strength, safety and reliability, smooth operation and no obvious abnormal noise.

 The guide hole of the forming mold frame, the center position of the straightening wheel and the position of the conveying wheel groove must be adjusted flexibly and operated conveniently.

6:The lubrication system is safe and reliable, easy to operate, without obvious oil leakage. There is an oil receiving device below the forming mold, preferably with a pair of wheels. The mold lubrication system mainly includes: oil pump, oil tank, circulating pipeline, regulating switch, oil receiving tank, filtering device, etc. 

7:The forming machine has high processing efficiency, with a wire feeding speed of 0-100m per minute (stepless adjustable), and the forming pre-twisted wire can meet the product design requirements. 

8:The main motor of the forming machine is operated by remote control (easy to operate), and the pressing roller of the forming machine is operated by photoelectric safety protection device.



Cutting machine:

1:Program control and power: Powered by a 3KW variable frequency reduction motor (50HZ), the frequency converter brand is (Delta), with a cutting speed of 0-78 cutting/minute (stepless). The speed is adjustable and can be displayed on LCD. The maximum cutting capacity (i.e. wire diameter) is 9.3mm for aluminum alloy wire and 5.2mm for galvanized steel wire. The maximum cutting length of single wire is 0-30 meters. The control system is safe and reliable, with sensitive operation.

2:The cutting machine has a longitudinal adjustment function with an adjustment range of 300mm. With manual adjustment, the adjustment is safe, stable and reliable, and the emergency stop button is installed.

3:The cutter is made of high-quality materials, which is firm, reliable, reasonable in design, durable and easy to replace. The material receiving rack is designed reasonably, safe and reliable, easy to adjust, with an adjustment range of 200mm. 

4:The measurement mechanism is designed reasonably, easy to operate, and can meet the measurement accuracy requirements. The outer diameter is measured with a dial gauge. Adjustable range: 0-20mm, steel ruler length: 3000mm, mm scale, measuring plate = 3000mm, plate straight, measuring block (ten in total), diameter: 22mm, thickness: 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm and 50mm, thickness accuracy ± 0.005 mm.

5:Allowable error of cutting length of pre-twisted wire: ± 4mm.For other reasons, the error range may be within ± 5mm. 


Conveyor (with tensioning drum):

1:Vertical active setting out. Power: Powered by a 2.2KW frequency modulation deceleration motor, the frequency converter brand is (Delta), with a wire feeding speed of 0-60m/min. Speed display, the maximum load capacity is 1000 kg, the control system is safe and reliable, and can change the wire with tension (aluminum alloy wire up to 9. 3mm, galvanized steel wire up to 5. 8mm) and realize automatic stepless speed regulation. It can be linked with the forming machine, with interactive control, inching, normally open, emergency braking and other functions.

2:There are two mechanisms for installing and fixing spools. The first is the central column, which fixes the wooden wheels. The diameter of the central column is 60mm. The second is the central column that fixes the wire frame. The diameter of the central column is 60mm. The four right-angle points at the bottom of the steel wire frame are equipped with locking devices. All fixed devices are safe, reliable and easy to use. 

3:The sensing device and the braking device are sensitive and reliable, the integral frame is safe and reliable, and the strength, the rigidity and the stability are ensured.

 

Electrical configuration:

All equipment is controlled by Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen, the brand of proximity switch is AUTONICS, and the electrical installation conforms to international standards. The main electrical components are Schneider products. Data acquisition interface is reserved, and PLC program ladder diagram and I/O address table are provided to facilitate data acquisition.
